And using lots of masking tape to do so!Like, a lot of it.
I should have bought two rolls.
Anyway!
So I grab my Aleene's Tacky Glue, my masking tape, and go to work!
I spread glue into the appropriate grooves and set the floors in, and affixed them with about twenty pieces of tape. I also glued the top of the roof together, which I then taped together with half a roll of tape.
Also glued it to the house as well, make sure the angle was correct.
I don't think I should have done that quite yet but you know what, that's okay.I also assembled the front topmost window. I put the tiny angled pieces for its roof on there, glued them on, and taped them on too.
Again, I should have bought two rolls because this actually is taking a lot of tape.
And now we wait.
While I waited for the house to dry, I decided to also put together the window frames, because apparently, those couldn't be preassembled.Nothing quite like spending a couple of hours on a Saturday night gluing, taping, and rubber banding tiny little window frames.
The important part is that I finished them.
Hopefully this thing dries quickly.
